Lady is my name and hangin' with my daughter is my game.  My daughter is Lacey.  I'm a good ole' girl who was rescued after hurricane Ivan torn up my doghouse, etc.  Ivan did a lot of damage, and I just didn't rank as a priority anymore when the chips were down.  I am super loyal and well-behaved and about the best dog anyone could ever wish for!  I have glaucoma in one eye, so it may look a little funny.  I get saline drops to keep the big eye moist.  It doesn't seem to bother me, except when I walk, I sometimes turn my head sideways to look straight.

I found some sites where you can read about glaucoma in beagles on Pub Med or on Ron Hines' site, or on Dr. Gelatt's page. I hope it is OK that I show them to you here.
